Sales Tax
Lofty Pearls is required by law to charge 7% sales tax for orders with ship to addresses within the state of Georgia.
Returns
We want you to be delighted with each of your online purchases from Lofty Pearls. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 30 days for store credit. Returned items are accepted only in their original condition & packaging, minus the shipping, handling or other charges. Personal items of bedding such as comforters, sleeping pillows & mattress pads are final sale.
Before the return can be made you will need to call 770-476-4090 for a return authorization number. The return authorization number (RAN) must be recorded on the outside of the box near the shipping label. Once the product is received and inspected, your Lofty Pearls store account will be credited for the purchase price. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
In Stock orders are defined as products that are available in our store or stocked at a suppliers location. These products will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days after placement of your order.
Custom/Specialty orders are defined as products that are customized to fit your specific needs or defined by the manufacturer as a specialty item. Lead times on these items can vary from 6 to 12 weeks dependent on the manufacturer's production schedule. Custom items cannot be shipped from Italy during the month of August. Custom orders will be confirmed via phone and a 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken once the order is confirmed.
